build(deps): require the latest datarax, artifex, opifex and calibrax

Requires datarax>=0.1.14, avitai-artifex>=0.1.12, opifex>=0.2.8 and calibrax>=0.1.9, the latest releases. The lock moves exactly those four. The APIs those releases change (artifex's trainer, data pipeline and checkpointing; opifex's trainer, checkpoints, loaders and core.timing.block_until_ready) are ones DiffBio does not import, and the modules it does import are unchanged.
