Unable to connect to localhost:6006 on Windows 10 machine.

Running Herd using PHP-8.1

The title sums it up. When running php artisan blast:launch it seems to hang on the Setup Complete. Booting Storybook and watching stories message without continuing on with messaging on where to view the local instance.

I know that this by default should be viewed on localhost:6006 but I get a connection issue error in my browser.

Has anyone gotten the this to work on a Windows machine using port 6006? If so, please share the solution!
