Adds a skill that writes a cited research dossier on one therapeutic indication, framed as a patient population. It covers epidemiology, disease biology, standard of care, regulatory path and landmark trials. Co-authored-by: chrislovejoy <chrislovejoy@anthropic.com>
Links found on fetched pages are untrusted, so a download now needs the user's confirmation. Unattended runs skip downloads and record the unread figures instead. Co-authored-by: chrislovejoy <chrislovejoy@anthropic.com>
Quoting doesn't make an untrusted URL safe in a shell command, so downloads are now limited to URLs with safe characters. Source priority is also now defined in one place. Co-authored-by: chrislovejoy <chrislovejoy@anthropic.com>

Removes guidance on competitors, patents and market size that the dossier doesn't use, stops the skill estimating per-patient costs, checks generated figures and confirms approvals against FDA sources. Co-authored-by: chrislovejoy <chrislovejoy@anthropic.com>

Limits redirects, file size and download time, and says not to follow links on a page's say-so or to send local content out in a URL. Co-authored-by: chrislovejoy <chrislovejoy@anthropic.com>
Late-stage trials are now checked for readouts, recent changes are searched for, and sources are opened before being cited for a figure. The report gains a dated header, a summary and a section on its limits, and research_output.json becomes an index. Co-authored-by: chrislovejoy <chrislovejoy@anthropic.com>

Treat absence claims as claims to check, keep one claim per link with inferences outside it, and copy URLs exactly. Reach agency pages through search, and check the record when using a remembered identifier. Use one rule for subagents across the phase files, make the source log the full list, and say what to do on resuming without a reply. Say that downloads are optional and how to check waypoint files with or without a shell. Keep section 6 to what a reader can use and give the report a target length. I'd approve this after a few small fixes. All paths are under Fix before merge
Worth fixing

Adds a skill that writes a cited research dossier on a single therapeutic indication, framed as a patient population: epidemiology, disease biology, standard of care, regulatory path and landmark trials. The report opens with a summary and closes with a section on the limits of the dossier. It runs in five phases with resumable waypoint files, and checks the indication's identity with the user after Phase 1.
Works best with a subagent tool, a clinical trials connector and a PubMed connector, and falls back to web search against the public sources. A full run makes many research calls, so it takes longer and uses far more tokens than a single answer would.
