Show Mii hands instead of controllers

Decide on which knobs to be able to turn:

Stove top
Heat knob
press button to manipulate pinwheel
Pan
Handle to manipulate
one button press to hold
two button press to release pan
No need to press the button to hold
Have haptic feedback to indicate change in holding state
Door to open fridge
touch to interact
Grab eggs
touch to interact

Add in that interactivity today
Go through the prefab VRTK
Set it up on our computers
