Forwarder setup instructions could be refined#29

The instructions for install and setup on a VPS are redundant in parts, but VPS setup is lacking some details.
Those two should maybe be merged, or properly separated.
In general, Docker instructions could benefit of some annotations, and compose examples maybe?
