Following will be the values for Need Status:
New, Approved, Rejected, Nominated, In Progress, Published, Inactive and Closed.
The lifecycle of the Need would be when the Need is created it is New, when approved by nAdmin its Approved, when Nominated by Vol its Nominated, when approved by nCoordinator its In Progress(Need plan gets generated), when dropped by Vol its Published, finally when its temporary not in use its Inactive, when completed its Closed.
Is this understanding right?
