Add verified SAT test centres in Turkey to data/places/sat_centre.json.
Scope
Turkey has a large and growing SAT market, particularly among students applying to US universities. Priority cities:
- Istanbul (many international schools across European and Asian sides)
- Ankara
- Izmir
Notes
Istanbul alone likely has 15+ SAT venues across private international and prep schools. Turkish students are among the top non-US SAT takers. A contributor based in Turkey would be well-positioned to verify active venues.
Data requirements
Each entry must follow the schema in data/CONTRIBUTING.md. Use "exam": "SAT" and include valid_till.
