Accept multiple types of value objects

How could I handle a scenario where you want to accept multipe types of ValueObjects? In the function below I want to receive a PersonId or CompanyId value.

I would use something like OneOf<>, from the OneOf library, which would be a more accurate way to express this type of type information.

So your suggestion to modify the declarion of the method into:
public Address GetAddress(object Id) {...}
and in the method check if Id type is PersonId or CompanyId?

No, that is explicitly not what I suggested. I would recommend using the OneOf library as follows:

public Address GetAddress(OneOf<PersonId, CompanyId> id) =>
  id.Match(
    personId => ...,
    companyId => ...
  );
