I've completed the short practice test but it doesn't provide me with a score or a method to try again/review answers after completion.

This is an author decision to not show feedback. Probably because these are most often used in classes with students. I'm guessing you are an independent learner.

@bhoffman0 Any thoughts about showing feedback when the assignment is done as part of the open course?

I have the practice exams set to feedback and results yes ( <exercises label="u1-objects-test" time-limit="1000" timer="no" feedback="yes" results="yes">). I just tested it though and it does not show the score which I think is results. The feedback on the answers show while you are on that page, but not when you go back to that page. Maybe results is broken?
