Terminology ruling: "Household Problems" — 家庭问题 or 收入波动问题?

How should "Household Problems" be rendered?

Option	Case for it
家庭问题	Translates the English caption. Appears 29 times across 11 lectures, and the part's own lead lecture equates the two names: 这个储蓄问题通常被称为收入波动问题或家庭问题。(ifp_discrete.md:34)
收入波动问题	What all five lectures in the part are actually titled — 收入波动问题 I–V. Under 家庭问题 the section heading shares no character with any page beneath it.

Both are defensible and the repo itself treats them as the same thing, so this is an editorial call rather than a correctness question.

Where it applies. It is live now as the part caption in lectures/_toc.yml, restored in #245 along with 18 others after the published site spent 17 days showing English section headings. It is also the term to clarify in the glossary.

家庭问题 is currently in place. If you prefer 收入波动问题, say so and we will swap the caption — a one-line change.

I think 收入波动问题 is a more accurate title for this chapter!

家庭问题 is a direct translation of “household’s problem,” which should be kept in the main text of the lectures when distinguishing between the “firm’s problem” and the “household’s problem.” However, for the chapter title, I think 收入波动问题 (“income fluctuation problem”) is a better name for the class of problems discussed in this chapter.
