Changes in Community files will not update in zip file on every build

When you run pio run then the expectation is that if you make a change in any of the community files that the files will be updated and end up in the zip file.

This is currently not the case.

The issue is the copy_fw_files.py only writes new Community files to the _build directory (from which the .zip file is created) if the _build directory does not exist. Couple possible solutions:

1. Manually delete the _build and _dist folders when you want to recreate the .zip (easy to forget)
2. Write a Clean script to run when user does a clean on the project for a fresh build. (unintuitive)
3. Modify copy_fw_files.py to always copy the contents of the Community to _build. (most logical to me)

remove the conditional in copy_fw_files.py:
if os.path.exists("./_build/" + custom_source_folder) == False:

replace:
os.makedirs("./_build/" + custom_source_folder + "/Community/firmware")
with:
os.makedirs("./_build/" + custom_source_folder + "/Community/firmware", exist_ok=True)
