Contact search: CIDR/FQDN/CC search does not check input validity

In the search field "Search IP/CIDR/FQDN/CC" a search for "foo@bar" results in "Not found."
Although this is answer correct, the query was also invalid.
A syntactic check is missing here and needs to be added.
