Problem with the emails sent with iso-8859-2 character encoding #439

Description

@RadoNorbert

The questions below are a good starting place for creating your issue

  • Is this a bug, feature request, usability issue, engineering change, or something else?
    Feature request
    • What steps reliably reproduce the issue?
      Email system used by us is sending iso-8859-2 character encoding emails and in these cases GitHub issue created in our repository is displaying question marks (?) instead of accentuated letters (e.g.á, é, ö...) for example '?RV?ZT?R?T?K?F?R?G?P' instead of 'ÁRVÍZTŰRŐTÜKÖRFÚRÓGÉP'.
    • What problem would this new feature solve?
      Emails character encoding by iso-8859-2 would display accentuated letters correctly.
    • How could the UX be more intuitive?
    • Why would this refactor make sense?
  • Have any ideas on how to fix/resolve/improve the issue?
    I have created a correction/absolvation to correct the problem. I have create a test case where the test email is iso-8859-2 character encoded. I Would like to do a SendGrid test. Can I get some help for testing SendGrid?
    I cannot connect the installed fire test server environment with SendGrid system, therefore can you please send me a test email address where I would send a test email to.
    After I sending this test email, could you please forward me a version of this test email which was parsed by SendGrid?
    I would test my correction with this file.
  • If relevant, can you provide a screenshot/video/gif highlighting the change?
