Updating Random-MOTD

Describe the new feature

A simple updating Random-MOTD.
So you can add lines that should be cycled through (maybe in a .txt file? - 2 .txt files for both lines.)
Also a config option when it should update (e.g. every 1 second)

Why do you need this feature?

I would like to have updating MOTDs and not just a static one where you have to be very strategic what you put in there.

Alternatives

Install a custom plugin, but why do that when SyncProxy is already installed on the server?

• Yes, this issue is unique. There are no similar issues.

You can provide multiple motds already, however, they are displayed randomly (on each ping a random motd is chosen). I'll put this as an improvement as it would allow more predictable motd order, however, I cannot guarantee that we will get around to implementing this soon-ish 🙂
