Review comments at @src/web.ts:
- Around line 88-92: Update the console payload handling around
parseCapgoConsolePostMessage so consoleMessage is emitted only when the tracked
entry’s captureConsoleLogs setting is enabled; preserve the existing listener
notification and return behavior for enabled capture.
- Around line 87-92: Update handleWindowMessage so parseCapgoConsolePostMessage
is invoked only when event.origin matches globalThis.location.origin; otherwise
treat the payload as absent and preserve the documented cross-origin no-op
before notifyListeners emits consoleMessage.

Gate consoleMessage on captureConsoleLogs and allowed child origins. Re-inject capture script after navigation; skip about:blank. Add console.assert and undefined serialization on web; Locale.ROOT on Android. Co-authored-by: Martin DONADIEU <martindonadieu@gmail.com>

- Line 152: Update the console-capture installation guard to track the injected
document identity rather than the URL, so reloads at the same href reinstall
hooks on the new document. Replace the consoleCaptureInstalledHref state and
comparisons in the relevant capture flow while preserving the existing early
return for missing href.
- Line 156: Update the script-capture installation flow around
current.consoleCaptureInstalledHref so it records the href only after confirming
the injected console hooks actually executed. Preserve retry behavior when CSP
blocks execution, and surface or document the unsupported-policy limitation
instead of treating appendChild completion as successful capture.
