Functional programming #9

For the functional programming section and the excellent tidyverse section, the grounds have shifted and dplyr now asks that you use across() for mutate_at, etc... So you may want to update that language.

You may check module 1 for iteration language and try to reflect that idea here. I think Alex has some good wording in there. Otherwise I actually like this section and think the basic metaphor (doing it for one teams, and then all) makes a ton of sense.

I suggest moving parallelization to the supplement. Even though it's great.
