Contribution of Sweave2Rmd

 Hi,
   I'm volunteering with [Sweave2Rmd](https://github.com/Bioconductor/sweave2rmd)
   and we're trying to replace all Bioconductor Sweave vignettes R Markdown
   vignettes for the second contribution in Outreachy.
