[PA4] How to get a topology during initialization?

According to the PA description, it seems that there's a way to get a topology during initialization.
But I have a trouble with finding how to get a topology, as the 'initialize' function does not have any parameter.
How can I get a topology, especially the # of interfaces, and IP addresses of each interfaces?

You can get the # of ports by getPortCount(), and you can utilize all kind of functions like getIPAddr(), and linkcost().
