vic20/vic20via1.c, vic20/vic20via2.c, vicii/vicii-snapshot.c:
Renamed interrupt_set_*_noclk to interrupt_restore_*.
* datasette.c (datasette_read_snapshot): Reset buf pointers.
* drive/drivecpu.c, maincpu.c: Increase CPU snapshot version
to 1.1 and call interrupt_read_snapshot with version.
* interrupt.h: Added flag needs_global_restore to
interrupt_cpu_status_s.
* interrupt.c (interrupt_read_snapshot): Read nirq, nnmi,
global_pending_int only if version is >= 1.1, otherwise set
needs_global_restore flag.
(interrupt_restore_*): Behaves the old way for backward
compatibility if needs_global_restore is set.
2003-07-12 Andreas Boose <viceteam@t-online.de>
* Version 1.12.15.
* plus4/ted.c (ted_raster_draw_alarm_handler): Commented out
debug output.

* arch/win32/resc128.rc, res64.rc, resplus4.rc, resvic.rc:
Added menuitem for Scale2x.
* video/video-resources.c: Function video_resources_update_ui
that is prepared to change UI depending on current chip
resources. This doesn't work now as it needs access to
PALEmulation which isn't a chip resource for now.
* core/viacore.c (via_restore_int): Doesn't use set_int but
an independant funtion.
* drive/iecieee/via1d.c, drive/iecieee/via2d.c, pet/petvia.c,
vic20/vic20ieeevia1.c, vic20/vic20ieeevia2.c,
vic20/vic20via1.c, vic20/vic20via2.c: New functions
restore_int that use the interrupt*noclk variation.
* via.h: New member restore_int in via_context_s.
* interrupt.c (interrupt_set_{irq|nmi}_noclk): Don't set
global_pending_int, nirq, nnmi.
(interrupt_write_snapshot, interrupt_read_snapshot): Save and
load global_pending_int, nirq, nnmi to/from cpu snapshot
module.

* plus4/ted-irq.c (ted_irq_set_raster_line): Handle cases when
irq line is higher then the frame height.
* plus4/ted-mem.c: Include 'interrupt.h'.
(check_lower_upper_border): Do not update display_ystart,
display_ystop in raster object.
(ted1c1d_store): New function, handle writes to raster counter
register. Update fetch and irq clocks.
(ted_store): Call ted1c1d_store.
* plus4/ted.c: Include 'raster-canvas.h'.
(init_raster, ted_reset, ted_powerup): Set display_ystart,
display_ystop to -1 in raster object. This disables the border
flip flop mechanism in the raster object. This is emulated
elsewhere.
(ted_raster_draw_alarm_handler): Idle state is set when last
DMA line has been emulated. Clear ted.memptr, ted.memptr_col,
ted.mem_counter when raster counter reach ted.screen_height.
Emulate border flip flop.
Call raster_canvas_handle_end_of_frame if frame height is
smaller than the raster objects height.
Ted idle state is not set when raster.ycounter reaches 7.
* plus4/tedtypes.h (TED_PAL_FIRST_DISPLAYED_LINE,
TED_PAL_LAST_DISPLAYED_LINE): Updated to reflect new vsync
line.
(TED_PAL_25ROW_START_LINE, TED_PAL_25ROW_STOP_LINE,
TED_PAL_24ROW_START_LINE, TED_PAL_24ROW_STOP_LINE): Moved
values into the TED raster counter's coordinate system.
(TED_PAL_VSYNC_LINE): Updated from first line of vsync to the
last line of vsync.

* arch/win32/kbd.c (kbd_handle_keydown, kbd_handle_keyup):
Filter out messages with virtual keycode 0xff. Temporary
solution for some keyboards.
